Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

The request must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date.

The product or program must be a qualifying one-time payment program (subscription-based services or discounted bundles may be excluded unless stated).

You must not have violated our Terms of Service (i.e. content misuse or account abuse).
